Helsingin Kaupungin Asunnot Oy (Heka) And Kiinteistö Oy Laivalahdentori (Laivalahdenkaari 5) Are Asking For Offers For Renovation And Renovation Of Elevators At 14 Different Sites In The Helsinki Area. The Scope Of The Procurement Is A Total Of 60 Elevators, Of Which 28 Are To Be Renewed And 32 Are To Be Overhauled. The Procurement Units Make Their Own Separate Procurement Decisions. The Procurement Units Have Decided To Limit The Maximum Number Of Winning Bids To Three (3) Sub-Areas For Which The Bidder Can Be Selected. If The Bidder Is The Cheapest In More Than Three Sub-Areas, The Three Sub-Areas With The Highest Comparative Value Will Be Selected For The Bidder Based On The Given Bid Prices. For Sub-Areas With A Lower Comparative Price, For Which A Bidder Could Not Be Selected Due To A Restriction, The Next Cheapest Bidder Will Be Selected. The Bidder Must Give The Total Prices (Vat 0%) For The Contracts By Sub-Area / Competition In Accordance With The Description Of The Tender Request And The Extent Of The Documents Attached To It. The Total Bid Must Include All Work And Supplies To Complete The Work. Work On The Sites Must Start: Parts 1-3 Renovations From 10/2026. Parts 4-6, 8: Renovation Works From 10/2026, Main Focus Around 2027. Part 7, Estimate Spring-Summer 2027. The Contractor Prepares A Work Schedule For Sub-Area-Specific Works. The Elevator Works Must Be Completed One Object At A Time And All Works Must Be Ready: Parts 1-3 Renewal Works: 05/2027. Parts 4-6, 8: Target 08/2027, No Later Than The End Of The Year (December 31, 2027).
