Tenders Are Invited For Selection Of A Supplier Of Net Active Electrical Energy, Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For Low Voltage And Administration Of The Costs Of Transmission And Access To Electricity For Sites Of Odmvr Varna, On The Territory Of The Varna Region

The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy For Sites Of Odmvr Varna, Expressly Indicated In Appendix 1.1 To The Technical Specification, By A Licensed Electrical Energy Supplier And Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group. The Order Includes The Selection Of A Licensed Merchant-Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group To Supply Net Electricity To The Sites Of The Varna Odvmvr, With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso Ead And Bearing The Costs Of Imbalances Of The Consumed Electric Energy. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Legally Determined Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. The Same Will Be Paid By The Employer To The Contractor, Which Is Why The Employer Envisages Concluding A Contract With The Contractor For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of Ptee (Electricity Trading Rules). During The Execution Of The Order, Continuity Of The Electricity Supply Should Be Ensured And Electrical Energy Should Be Supplied With Quality And In Order, As Provided For In The Energy Act (E) And Other Legal Acts That Regulate Public Relations Related To The Supply Of Electricity (Including Ptee, Pikee And The Regulations Issued On The Basis Of E). The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of An Estimated Amount Of Electricity In The Amount Of 4000Mwh For A Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months. The Specified Estimated Amount Does Not Commit The Employer To Use Them, And The Same Reserves The Right To Consume Quantities Of Electricity In Excess Of The Indicated Estimated Amount, In Case Of Necessity. The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is The Sites Of The Varna Odmvr Described In Appendix 1.1 To The Technical Specification. If Necessary, Within The Validity Period And Value Of The Concluded Contract, The Contracting Authority May Include New Sites In The Balancing Group Of The Coordinator, For Which He Will Pay The Consumed Electricity Under The Terms Of The Concluded Contract, As Well As Exclude Existing Sites. The Inclusion Of New Objects And The Exclusion Of Existing Objects From The Scope Of The Contract Is Realized By Signing Bilateral Additional Agreements Between The Parties. Term Of The Contract - Up To 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Confirmation Of The First Registered Schedule For The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy Or Until Its Value Is Reached.
