The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Appointment Of An Engineering Contractor (Design, Construction And Author Supervision) For The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In Block 8-10, Stefan Karadzha Blvd., Sliven, Which Has Been Approved By The Ministry Of Regional Development For Financing Under The Sub-Measure Support For Sustainable Energy Renovation Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings, Including Tackling Energy Poverty Under The Regional Development 2021-2027 Program. The Procedure Stipulates That The Intensity Of The Grant Is 100% Of The Eligible Costs. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Procedure Is Aimed At Sustainable Energy Renovation Of Multi-Family Residential Building - Block 8-10, Stefan Karadzha Blvd., Sliven. The Building Was Built In 1962, Consists Of Four Above-Ground Residential Floors And One Semi-Underground. There Are Four Entrances With A Separate Staircase In Each Entrance. There Are Storage Rooms In The Semi-Underground Floor. The Building Consists Of Reinforced Concrete Strip Foundations, Columns, Beams And Girders, Which Are Built Monolithically.
