The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Appointment Of An Engineering Contractor (Design, Construction And Author Supervision) For The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In Block 42, Balgarka Quarter, City Of Sliven, Which Has Been Approved By The Ministry Of Regional Development For Financing Under The Sub-Measure Support For Sustainable Energy Renovation Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings, Including Addressing Energy Poverty Under The Regional Development 2021-2027 Program. The Procedure Stipulates That The Intensity Of The Grant Is 100% Of The Eligible Costs. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Procedure Is Aimed At Sustainable Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building - Block 42 In Balgarka District, Town Of Sliven. The Building Is Intended Entirely For Residential Purposes. Total Number Of Independent Objects - 48. The Building Was Built According To The System Of Large-Panel Residential Construction (Epzs). Structurally, It Consists Of Two Sections, Executed At A Joint, And In Each Section There Is One Entrance. It Was Put Into Operation In 1991. The Building Has A Basement, Two Entrances And Eight Residential Floors, The Basement Being Semi-Excavated. Each Entrance Has A Separate Stairwell And Elevator. The Roof Is Flat, With A Ventilated Under-Roof Space, The Drainage Is Internal. The Supporting Structure Is A Prefabricated Large-Panel, Traditionally Built On Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Zero Cycle. Vertical And Horizontal Loads Are Taken By Reinforced Concrete Panels. The Building Has Two Types Of Floor Constructions: A Floor Above An Unheated Basement And A Floor To The Outside Air From Assimilated Terraces. The Heating Supply Of The Building Is Central. There Is One Subscriber Station, Located In A Separate Room In A Specialized Basement Room At The Entrance. B Of The Block Is Implemented For Heating And Domestic Hot Water.
