The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Appointment Of An Engineering Contractor (Design, Construction And Author Supervision) For The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In Block 40, Quarter Republika, City Of Sliven, Which Has Been Approved By The Ministry Of Regional Development For Financing Under The Sub-Measure Support For Sustainable Energy Renovation Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings, Including Addressing Energy Poverty Under The Regional Development 2021-2027 Program. The Procedure Stipulates That The Intensity Of The Grant Is 100% Of The Eligible Costs. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Procedure Is Aimed At Sustainable Energy Renovation Of Multi-Family Residential Building - Block 40, Quarter Republika, Town Of Sliven. The Building Was Built In 1969. The Construction Is Monolithic Reinforced Concrete. The Walls Are Filled With Grid Bricks, Plastered On Both Sides. The Building Has One Entrance. The Basement Is Semi-Underground, Unheated. On The Ground Floor There Is A Shop For Industrial Goods. The Block Consists Of An Underground, One Ground Floor - Commercial, Nine Residential And One Attic, Partially Heated Floor. The Roof Structure Is A Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Slab, With External Drainage. The Main Roof Is A Flat Warm Roof, With A Total Of Five Types Of Roof Constructions Identified.
