The Object Of This Public Procurement Is The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works For The Site: Sewage For Waste Water, Vazrazhdane District, Rudozem. The Object Is The Construction And Completion Of A Sewage Network For Waste Water, With The Aim Of Ensuring Full Coverage Of The Vazrazhdane District To The Existing Sewage System Of The Town Of Rudozem And Its Connection To The Collector Leading To The Waste Water Treatment Plant. At The Moment, The Sewerage Network In The Area Is Partially Built, And The Existing Sewerage Facilities Are Mainly Made Of Concrete Pipes And Do Not Provide Complete And Efficient Drainage Of Waste Water. Within The Framework Of The Project, The Construction Of New Sewerage Sections, Including Adjacent Facilities - Inspection And Collection Shafts, Located In Accordance With The Technical Requirements And Regulations, Is Foreseen, Guaranteeing The Technologically Correct Functioning Of The Sewage System. The Construction And Installation Works Will Be Carried Out In The Conditions Of Specific Engineering-Geological Characteristics, Including Mixed Terrain With Rocky And Earthy Soils, In Compliance With The Current Regulatory Requirements For Construction In Seismic Areas. The Subject Of This Contract Is The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Over All Stages Of The Execution Of The Construction And Assembly Works, Including Control Over The Lawful Initiation, Execution And Completion Of The Construction, Compliance With The Approved Investment Projects, The Quality Of The Performed Activities And Compliance With The Applicable Regulations. When Fulfilling His Obligations Under This Public Procurement, The Contractor Should Comply With The Requirements Of: Law On Public Procurement And By-Laws On Its Implementation; Law On Territorial Planning And Acts On Its Implementation; Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions; Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of February 5, 2015 On The Terms And Conditions For Placing Construction Products In The Construction Sites Of The Republic Of Bulgaria; Any Other Relevant Regulations On The Implementation Of The Activities, The Subject Of This Order.
