In Section Ii /Technical Specification In Word Format/ Of The Invitation, The Requirements For Medical Devices - Laboratory Reagents And Consumables Are Specified. The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification For Individual Nomenclature Units Are Estimates, And Do Not Give Rise To Obligations For The Employer To Assign Them In Full. The Actual Performance Of The Public Procurement Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Real Needs And Financial Security. The Contracting Authority May Request The Supply Of Larger Quantities Of Laboratory Reagents And Specific Consumables From One Or More Sub-Items, But Only Within The Total Value Of The Contract. The Estimated Value Of The Order Is Eur 77,350.00 Excluding Vat. The Estimated Values ​​Of The Nomenclature Units Are Indicated In The Technical Specification /Appendix No. 1/, And Are The Maximum Financial Resources Determined By The Contracting Authority For The Execution Of The Order. Participants Who Submitted Offers Above The Specified Financial Resource Will Be Removed From Participation In The Procedure. The Public Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Lowest Price Award Criterion. Lowest Price Shall Mean The Lowest Offered Total Value Excluding Vat Of Each Nomenclature Unit. Ranking Will Be Done Separately For Each Nomenclature Unit. The Contracting Authority Concludes One Contract For All Nomenclature Units From The Technical Specification For Which The Respective Participant Is Ranked First. The Duration Of The Contracts That Will Be Concluded On The Basis Of The Current Limited Procedure Is 24 Months. The Guarantee For The Performance Of The Contract In The Amount Of 1% Of The Total Value Of The Contract Excluding Vat.
