Service Contract For The Organization, Coordination And Execution Of The 14Th Vallirana Wine Fair.The Object Of This Contract Is The Provision Of The Service Of Organization, Coordination And Execution Of The 14Th Vallirana Wine Fair, Which Will Be Held On The First Saturday Of June From 7:00 P.M. To 1:00 A.M. The Contract Includes The Technical Planning Of The Event, The Recruitment, Selection, Confirmation And Management Of Wineries, As Well As The Gastronomic Offer And The Allocation Of Spaces. Criteria Agreed With The City Council. Coordination Of Assembly And Disassembly Of Participating Wineries And Gastronomic Entities. The Coordination Of Logistics With The Infrastructures Installed By The Consistory And The Reimbursement To Each Participant Of The Expenses Derived From Their Participation In The Fair. The Sales Forecasts For Tastings Considering Previous Editions Are 2,500 Wine/Cava Cards And 1,000 Gastronomy Cards. The Selling Prices Of Each Card Are Public In Accordance With Ordinance No. 49 Regulator Of Public Prices For Participation In Activities And Fairs What Results, Taking Into Account The Previous Editions, An Income Of Approximately €7,000 Per Fair. The Infrastructure (Tents), Security, Toilets, Supplies, As Well As The Ticket Sales And Collection System, Which Will Be Assumed Directly By The City Council, Are Expressly Excluded From The Contract. They Will Be Entirely For The City Council And, In No Case, The Bidder Will Have The Right To Charge A Percentage Of The Tickets Sold.
