The Subject Of The Public Contract In The Concession Procedure Are Services (Concessions) Ensuring The Safe And Smooth Operation Of The Water Management Assets Of The Contracting Authority, The City Of Planá, In The Period From 1.7.2027 To 31.12.2036, In Accordance With National Legal Regulations, In Particular Act No. 274/2001 Coll., On Water Supply And Sewerage For Public Use And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws, As Amended. The Operation Of Water Management Assets, I.E. Water Pipes And Sewers For Public Use, Will Be Ensured In A Divisional Operating Model Based On A Concession Contract Concluded With The Selected Supplier In This Concession Procedure.
