Commissioning Of Heating Installations – Concession For The Design, Construction, Financing And Operation Of The Rungis Min Geothermal Power Plant. As Part Of Its Csr Roadmap, Semmaris Wishes To Diversify Its Heat Supplies From Renewable And Local Sources. Semmaris Plans To Build Deep Geothermal Energy At Dogger Within The Min Perimeter. Semmaris Submitted An Exploration Permit Application To Drieat In July 2024, Which Is Currently Being Examined. This Exploration Permit Will Be Valid For 3 Years From The Date It Is Obtained. The Objective Is To Commission Geothermal Energy Before The End Of 2028. The Project Provides For A Recovery Of Geothermal Heat Estimated Between 56 And 70 Gwh/Year At The Output Of The Geothermal Power Plant For A Total Investment (Production + Network Connections) Estimated At €25 Million, As Of January 2024. This Geothermal Production Will Provide A New Source Of Heat Production From Renewable Sources, Less Than Half Of Which Will Be Used For The Needs Of The Min. The Surplus Will Have To Be Sold To Other Heating Networks. - As Part Of The Concession Contract, It Will Be Up To The Concessionaire To Create A New Geothermal Doublet At Dogger, In The Town Of Rungis In The Area Known As Entrepôts Du Min, Associated With The Geothermal Exchanger; - Design, Finance And Build A Geothermal Power Plant Including All Technical Equipment And Heat Pumps (Pac) On The Same Site, Including The Necessary Network Elements (Pipes, Exchange Stations, Etc.); - Market Part Of The Heat To Semmaris At A Preferential Price; - Market Excess Heat At Your Own Risk; - Operate The Geothermal Power Plant As Well As The Pipes That It Will Have Established. In Return, The Dealer Will Be Paid: - By Semmaris For The Heat It Will Purchase, Within The Framework Of Binomial Pricing Based: O On The Volumes Of Heat Removed (Rate R1); O On A Part Of Fixed Charges (R2 Rate). Prices Will Be Indexed According To Calculation Methods To Be Defined. - By Sale To Surrounding Heating Networks, At Your Own Risk. This Concession Will Constitute Occupation Of The Public Domain. The Concessionaire Will Pay, In This Respect, An Occupancy Fee Set Out In The Business Consultation File. For Information Purposes, Semmaris Will Participate In The Cost Of Designing And Carrying Out The Operation. The Amount Will Be Fixed In The Specifications.
