Repair And Maintenance Services – Technical And Construction Maintenance Of Municipal Real Estate, Municipality Of Voorst-2026. Through This European Public Tender Procedure, We Intend To Contract One (1) Contractor To Carry Out Technical And Architectural Maintenance On Municipal Real Estate. The Main Objective Of The Assignment Is To Guarantee A Safe, Healthy And Functional Environment For Users, Prevent Irreversible Damage To Municipal Real Estate (Capital Destruction) And Maintain And Optimize The Real Estate Value Of The Buildings. The Contract Will Be Awarded To The Tenderer With The Best Price-Quality Ratio (60%/40%). Given The Connection Between The Activities, It Is Not Desirable To Divide This Assignment Into Lots. The Intended Effective Date Of The Agreement Is January 1, 2027.
