From October To March) On The Districts Own Properties For The 2026/2027 And 2027/2028 Seasons At The Following Objects: Lot 1 - Winter Service Ludwigsburg And Kornwestheim: - Carl Schaefer School, Hohenzollernstr. 26 - 30 And Richard-Wagner-Str. 33/Hohenzollernstr. 6 (Sports Hall/Rehab), 71638 Ludwigsburg - Schools At Favoritepark, Fröbelstr. 24 - 28, 71634 Ludwigsburg - Erich-Bracher-Schule, John-F.-Kennedy-Allee 6, 70806 Kornwestheim Lot 2 - Winter Service Bietigheim-Bissingen And Steinheim: - Vocational School Center Bietigheim-Bissingen, Fischerpfad 10 - 12, 74321 Bietigheim-Bissingen - Paul Aldinger School, Paul Aldinger Str. 1, 71711 Steinheim-Kleinbottwar Lot 3 - Winter Service Ludwigsburg, Königsallee Area Ludwigsburg District Office: - Königsallee Area Including Company Daycare Center, - Königsallee 59/1 - 59/2, Hindenburgstr. 20/1 - 20/3, - Administration Building Hindenburgstr. 30 - 30/1, 71638 Ludwigsburg The Winter Service Is Carried Out Under The Contractors Own Responsibility To Monitor The Weather Conditions (Lightning Ice, Freezing Wet Conditions). The Calculated Quantities (According To The C Price Sheet Per Lot) For Clearing/Scattering, Based On The Contract Term, Are Estimated And Based On The Empirical Values Achieved In The Past. In This Respect, There Is No Entitlement To Full Service Provision. In Order To Fulfill His Obligation, The Contractor Must Obtain Relevant Information From The Weather Service On A Daily Basis And, If Necessary, Archive This As Evidence. In Order To Regularly Check The Winter Service In Uncertain Weather Conditions, The Contractor Must Carry Out Inspection Trips To Check Whether The Operation Is Necessary. The Work Required For This Purpose Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With These Conditions And In Accordance With The Respective Local Statutes In The Currently Valid Version.
