Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Planning Services For Technical Equipment - Agr 1 - 8 Including Stage Technology And Audio/Video. For Planning And Implementation, Planning Services For The Technical Equipment Of System Groups 1 To 8 Are Required In Accordance With The Services Described In More Detail In The Service Descriptions According To Hoai. The Planning Services Of Service Phases 2 To 9 According To Hoai Are To Be Provided As Part Of A Step-By-Step Commission. Once The Negotiation Process Has Been Completed, The Order Will Initially Only Be Placed For Service Phase 2. There Is No Entitlement To Commissioning Further Service Phases Beyond This. Service Phase 3 Will Only Be Commissioned Once The Cost Estimate Determined On The Basis Of The Variant Analysis Has Been Checked And Expressly Approved By The Client. If The Project Continues, The Client Intends To Transfer The Services Of Service Phases 3 And Subsequent Service Phases To The Engineer Individually Or As A Whole. A Service Period From Approximately The End Of August 2026 To The End Of 2028 (Start Of Planning To Completion Of Property Monitoring) Is Estimated For The Planning Services.
