Waste Disposal Service: • Kbo 20 03 07 Bulky Waste The Subject Of Procurement Is The Procurement Of The Service Of Accepting And Disposing Of Separately Collected Bulky Waste With The Associated Key Number Kbo 20 03 07 Bulky Waste, In Accordance With The Waste Management Ordinance (Official Gazette, Number 106/22), Which Was Collected By The Client In The Territorial Area Of Public Service Provision During Waste Management. The Selected Bidder Undertakes To: - Provide Weighing Of Waste; - Ensure Waste Processing; - Dispose Of The Collected Waste In The Manner Established By Law. The Offered Service Of The Procurement Item Must Enable The Collection And Further Processing Of Waste In Accordance With The Waste Management Act (Official Gazette, No. 84/21 And 142/23 - Hereinafter: Waste Management Act) And By-Laws. The Clients Responsibility On Any Basis For The Waste That Is The Subject Of This Procedure Ends At The Moment Of Collection Of The Waste By An Authorized Person Of The Executor, I.E. After The Executor Takes Over The Waste In The Manner Prescribed By The Waste Management Act. Each Shipment Of Waste Must Be Accompanied By Legal Supporting Documentation, As A Result Of Which The Client Undertakes To Hand Over To The Executor A Duly Printed And Certified Waste Accompanying Sheet - Form Pl-O, All In Accordance With The Waste Management Act And By-Laws. A Copy Of The Accompanying Sheet Certified By The Client And The Economic Entity That Performs The Collection And Disposal Service Is Proof Of The Service. The Bidder Is Obliged To Ensure That The Accepted Waste Is Weighed Using A Scale That Has A Certificate (Certificate Of Calibration) Issued By An Authorized Body. The Client Is Not Responsible For Possible Omissions Of The Business Entity - Service Provider, Damages Caused To Third Parties.
