The Purpose Of This Consultation Is Security Services Aimed At Ensuring The Protection Of Property And People, As Well As The Prevention And Detection Of Risks Of Fire, Intrusion, Flooding Or Malicious Intent, On The Buyers Assets. This Contract Is Concluded In The Form Of A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of Article R. 2162-2 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code, Which Is Executed As Follows By The Issuance Of Successive Purchase Orders Issued According To The Occurrence Of Needs. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 500,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Overall Duration Of The Contract. It Will Be Awarded To A Maximum Of Two (2) Economic Operators, Subject To The Receipt Of A Sufficient Number Of Admissible Applications And Offers.
