The Basis For Further Planning And Implementation Is The Project Outline From The Architectural Firm Wolf, Heidenheim, Which Was Awarded The Contract For The Property Planning Of The Building As Part Of A Europe-Wide Procurement Process (Vgv). The Subject Of This Award Procedure Are Structural Planning Services In Accordance With Section 51 Hoai 2021. The Basic Services Of Service Phases 2 To 6 In Accordance With Hoai As Well As Special Services, If Applicable, Are Commissioned. The Commissioning Takes Place In Stages, Initially Up To And Including Service Phase 3; Further Service Phases Are Transferred Optionally And Depending On The Funding Commitment And Project Progress. As Part Of The Planning, The Requirements Of The Funding Providers Must Be Taken Into Account Comprehensively, Especially With Regard To Energy Efficiency, Sustainable Building Concepts And The Use Of Renewable Energies.
