Pasteurized Milk (Soft Belly) Pasteurized Whole Milk, Packaged In Flexible Plastic Packaging, Known Commercially As Soft Belly, In Accordance With The Current Regulations Of The Ministry Of Agriculture And Livestock (Mapa). The Product Must Be Packaged In A Resistant Plastic Bag, With A Capacity Of 1 (One) Liter (1000 Ml), Properly Sealed, Intact And Suitable To Ensure Safe Transport And The Preservation Of Quality. Packaging With Perforations, Leaks Or Any Sign Of Tampering Will Not Be Permitted. Milk Must Have A Minimum Fat Content Of 3%, Meeting The Quality And Identity Standards Established By Current Legislation. The Labeling Must Contain, In A Clear And Legible Manner, The List Of Ingredients, Complete Nutritional Composition Table, Date Of Manufacture, Expiration Date And Registration Number With The Ministry Of Agriculture And Livestock – Map, In Accordance With Applicable Legal Requirements. Delivery Of The Product Must Occur Within A Maximum Period Of 2 (Two) Days From The Date Of Manufacture, Ensuring Freshness And Quality Suitable For Consumption, And Transport Must Be Carried Out Under Appropriate Refrigeration Conditions, In Accordance With Current Health Standards. The Milk Must Present Its Own Sensory Characteristics, Such As A Homogeneous Liquid Appearance, Characteristic White Color, Mild Odor And Flavor, Free From Any Changes That Indicate Deterioration Or Unsuitability For Consumption.
