The Subject Of The Tender Is Specialist Planning Services In Building Physics For The New Building Of The Central Hospital - 2Nd Construction Phase At The University Hospital Of Bonn. As A Maximum Provider, The University Hospital Of Bonn (Ukb) Is Building A New Central Hospital With Around 1,300 Beds, The First Construction Phase Of Which (Heart Center) Has Already Been Completed. The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Technical Planning Of Building Physics For The Second Construction Phase, Which Is Intended As A Replacement Building For The Operational Center. The New Building Includes A Centrally Organized Clinic Building With, Among Other Things: The Following Functional Areas: Central Operating Room With Approx. 16 Operating Rooms, Intensive Care Areas With Approx. 48 Beds, General Care Areas With Approx. 130 Beds, Outpatient And Functional Areas As Well As Radiological Facilities (Ct/Mrt). The Planned Usable Area Is Approximately 17,000 M² In Total. The Building Is Planned To Have A Basement And Several Upper Floors And Will Be Developed In A Functional And Structural Connection With The Existing Cardiac Center. The Services To Be Awarded Include Specialist Planning For Building Physics (In Particular Thermal Insulation, Building And Room Acoustics) In Accordance With Hoai 2021 (Appendix 1.2) Including Basic Services And Special Services Across Service Phases 1 To 8. The Commissioning Is Carried Out In Stages. The Building Physics Specialist Planning Is An Integral Part Of The Overall Planning And Is Carried Out In Close Coordination With The Planning Disciplines Already Commissioned, In Particular Object Planning, Structural Planning, Technical Building Equipment And Fire Protection Planning. The Planning Is Bim-Based; Participation In The Bim Processes Is Required. The Building Physics Services Include In Particular: Development And Updating Of Building Physics Concepts, Evidence Of Heat, Moisture And Sound Insulation, Room Acoustic Planning Especially For Sensitive Clinical Areas, Simulations And Forecasts (E.G. Summer Heat Protection, Overheating Proof), Participation In The Planning And Execution Taking Into Account The Special Requirements Of A Hospital Operation (24/7 Operation, Hygiene, Patient Safety), Participation In The Bnb Certification (At Least Silver). The Project Is Subject To Special Requirements In Terms Of Energy Efficiency, Sustainability And Economic Viability. The Aim Is, Among Other Things, An Improvement In Overall Energy Efficiency Compared To The Legal Minimum Requirements And The Achievement Of Certification According To The Sustainable Building Assessment System (Bnb). The Service Is Provided During Ongoing Clinic Operations And Taking Into Account Complex Structural And Logistical Conditions.
