Tenders are invited forTasking Support to Nm Flight Plan & Flight Data Evolution (Fpfde) and Flight Efficiency Support EUROCONTROL, the European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation, has 42 Member States and is a civil-military intergovernmental organisation committed to building, together with its partners, a Single European Sky, i.e. arrangements allowing the air navigation management system in Europe to achieve the level of performance required for the coming decades. The NM Flight Plan & Flight Data Evolution (FPFDE) strategic project and the NM Flight Efficiency Initiative require sustained operational support focusing on implementation, transition management, stakeholder coordination and high-quality documentation. The work covers, inter alia, the progressive implementation of modernised flight planning concepts (including FF-ICE), the management of coexistence and transition between standards and operational modes, the evolution of flight plan and flight data processes (including VFR flight plan processing and mixed IFR/VFR operations), and contributions to the evolution of rerouting tools in support of flight efficiency.
