The Contractor Of The Works Is Responsible For The Quality Of Their Execution And For Their Compliance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, Bill Of Quantities, Construction Law, Technical Knowledge And Applicable Construction Standards And Regulations. 6.
