The Works Will Include In Particular: 1) Securing The Basement A) Making Foundations B) Making Support Structures C) Cleaning The Structure 2) Securing The Roof A) Replacing Roofing Felt B) Replacing Sheet Metal Flashings C) Replacing Gutters D) Replacing Rafters E) Formwork F) Making Impregnation 3) Securing Ceilings A) Stamping B) Dismantling Ceiling Elements C) Replacing Blind Elements Floors D) Replacing Ceiling Beams 4) Securing Walls A) Cutting Grooves B) Strengthening Walls With Reinforcement As Part Of The Contractual Obligations, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare A Traffic Organization Project And A Health And Safety Plan (Bioz), In Accordance With The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. Information Relevant For The Implementation Of The Order: (1) The Works Will Be Carried Out In The Vicinity Of Inhabited Buildings. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Access And/Or Access To Surrounding Properties During The Works And To Keep The Used Communication Routes, Parking Lots And Sidewalks Clean On An Ongoing Basis. (2) The Building Is Under The Care Of The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments In Katowice And Is Listed Under Number Xii/2012 In The Municipal Register Of Monuments (3) The Guarantee And Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party For The Construction Works Performed Is 60 Months. 4.
