Installation Of A Lightning Protection System, 11. Replacement Of Gutters And Downspouts, 12. Replacing Roofs Over Entrances, 13. The Thermal Modernization Is Aimed At Improving The Technical Condition Of All External Partitions, Adapting The Insulation To The Requirements Of The Applicable Standard, Improving The Microclimate Of The Rooms And Saving Thermal Energy Used To Heat The Rooms. 4.3 The Ordering Party Draws Attention To: 4.3.1. Within The Scope Of The Project, The Investment Envisages Replacing Windows And External Doors With Those That Meet The Requirements Of People With Special Needs. The Doors Planned For Installation Will Have The Necessary Width To Enable Trouble-Free Communication For People Requiring Special Solutions In This Area. The Door Will Be Equipped With A Threshold With A Maximum Height Of 2 Cm, With A Beveled Wedge And A Contrast Marking With A Minimum Lrv Of 30. The Upper Edge Of The Handle (In The Shape Of The Letter L Or C) Will Be No Higher Than 120 Cm Above The Floor Level.
