Part I - Development Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works - Ul. Długa - Heating Network Approx. 1,075 M With Connections Approx. 770 M And Delivery And Installation Of Heating Substations.1. The Scope Of Activities Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining A Building Permit Or Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit, B) Construction And Installation Of A Heating Network. 2. The Task Includes, Among Others: 1/ Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining A Building Permit Or Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit, 2/ Construction Works: A) Demolition Of Surfaces (I.E. Paving Stones, Asphalt, Etc.), B) Earthworks, C) Installation Of A Heat Pipeline With Installation Of Fittings And Construction Of Wells, D) Protection Of The Heat Pipeline Under The Entrances To Private Properties, E) Protection Of The Heat Pipeline In The Case Of Connections, F) Installation Of The Necessary Accompanying Fittings, G) Connection To The Existing Mains, H) Restoration Of The Area To The State Before The Commencement Of The Works.3/ Providing As-Built Documentation.3. In The Event Of Disruption Of The Existing Road Surface During Construction Works, It Is Necessary To Envisage The Reconstruction Of The Wearing Course Of The Surface Over The Entire Width Of The Road In The Section Affected By The Interference With The Road. The Reconstruction Of The Road Surface Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical And Construction Parameters Corresponding To The Existing Road Structure, In Compliance With Applicable Standards, Technical Conditions And The Requirements Of The Relevant Road Manager.4. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1/ The Parties Agree That The Applicable Form Of Remuneration, In Accordance With The Content Of The Offer Submitted By The Contractor, For Part Of The Network Implementation Is A Lump Sum Remuneration, To Which The Provisions Of Art. 632 § 1 Of The Civil Code, While In The Scope Of The Execution Of Connections, The Remuneration Will Be Calculated Based On The Actual Length Of The Connections Made And The Lump-Sum Unit Prices Of The Connection Provided By The Contractor In The Offer Form. The Bill Of Quantities Constitutes An Annex To The Swz And Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. 2/ The Offer Price Should Include All Costs Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Order
