. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Titled: Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Głowaczów Commune - Stage Iii In The Design And Build System. The Order Covers The Design And Execution Of Construction Works For The Above-Mentioned Task. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitutes An Annex To The Swz. During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Strictly Comply With Polish Law When Designing, Implementing And Completing The Works In Accordance With Standards, Laws Regarding The Construction Of Buildings, Environmental Protection, And Will Comply With The Law Regulating The Conditions And Requirements In The Scope Of The Purpose For Which The Works Covered By The Order Are To Be Served. Requirements Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz May Not Include All The Details Necessary To Develop The Project, Therefore, Before Preparing The Offer, It Is Recommended To Make A Local Visit To The Area Where The Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants Is Planned. As Part Of The Task, Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Should Be Developed For The Entire Project In Accordance With The Pfu. 2. Moreover, Under This Order, The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Is Obliged To: Provide A Minimum 36-Month Quality Warranty For The Construction Works Performed And Construction Materials And Products Used To Perform The Order, - Prepare Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory Documentation And Submit It To The Ordering Party After The Completion Of The Construction Works, - The Subject Of The Order Should Be Made Of New Construction Materials, For Which The Contractor Will Provide Certificates Or Attestations Of Approval For Use And Will Hand Them Over To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order, - After The Completion Of The Works, But Before The Date Of Their Acceptance, The Construction Site Must Be Tidied Up And Handed Over In A Proper Condition, No Worse Than Before The Commencement Of The Works. - Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Arrangements And Permits Permitting Construction, • Obtain All Legally Required Decisions Authorizing The Use Of The Facility.3.
