Jaśminowa In Urzędów On The Section From The Edge Of The Dw833 Road, Km Approx. 0+013 To Km Approx. 0+545. 3. The Investment Covered By The Study Is Located In The Lublin Voivodeship, Kraśnik County, Urzędów Commune, District 0019 Wodna.4. Scope Of The Planned Construction Of Ul. Jaśminowa Includes: 1) Demolition Of The Existing Road Surface, 2) Demolition Of Interfering Elements (Gates, Fences), 3) Cutting Down Trees And Bushes, 4) Securing The Existing Technical Infrastructure, 5) Earthworks (Excavations/Embankments), 6) Construction Of A Road With A Bituminous Surface On A Section Of Approx. 532M, 7) Construction Of The Intersection Of Ul. Jaśminowa From Ul. Szczęśliwa (To The Border Of The Road Of Ul. Jaśminowa), 6) Construction Of Exits To The Property And Adjacent Plots, 7) Construction Of Surface And Deep Drainage In The Form Of Moguls And Infiltration Filters, 8) Construction Of Roadsides Reinforced With An Unbound Mixture 0-31.5 Mm, 0.75 M Wide, 9) Planting Of Green Areas Along With Topsoil And Sowing Within The Boundaries Of The Designed Strip Road, 10) Execution Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings And Road Traffic Safety Elements, 11) Execution Of All Finishing And Cleaning Works.5. The Order Is Being Implemented With Co-Financing From The Agricultural Land Protection Fund, 2026 Edition; Targeted Subsidy From The Budget Of The Lublin Voivodeship.6. The Order Should Be Performed In Particular In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz And The Contract (Annex No. 10 To The Swz). Annex No. 12 Covers A Broader Scope Than The Subject Of This Procedure - Provisions Relating To The Road Referred To In Section 1.7. The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include The Construction Of Ul. Happy.8. The Investment Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of The Road Investment Permit (Zrid).9. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Applicable Regulations, By The Contractor With Appropriate Experience And Executive Potential, And By Persons With Appropriate Qualifications And Experience, In Accordance With Construction Practice And Applicable Regulations. The Materials Provided And Used By The Contractor Should Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction.10.
