The Building Is Located In The Town Of Sulechów, On A Property Marked In The Land Register With Number 193, Registration Area 0002. 2) The Town Hall Building Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments, Therefore The Works Should Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Conditions Set Out In The Decision Of The Lubuskie Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments, Ref. No. Zn.5142.11.2025[Sul]-5 Of 05/11/20253) The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Architectural And Construction Design Approved By Decision 557/2025 Of December 19, 2025 Of The Staroste Of Zielona Góra, Technical Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Developed By Vostok Design Wojciech Gawinowski Based In Kraków At Ul. Władysława Syrokomli 7/2, 30-102 Kraków And The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Contract. 4) The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works Using New Materials And Own Equipment, Which He Will Purchase And Deliver To The Construction Site At His Own Expense And Risk. The Cost Of Purchase And Delivery Of All Materials And Equipment Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contractors Remuneration. The Materials And Devices Used During The Execution Of The Works Must Be Approved For Use In Construction, In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations. 5) Demolition Materials Are The Property Of The Ordering Party. 6) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Agree On Proposals For Material Solutions And Parameters Planned For The Installation Of Devices. The Use Of Materials And Devices Indicated By The Ordering Party By The Contractor Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability If He Did Not Warn The Ordering Party About The Risks Associated With The Use Of Specific Materials And Devices. 7) Since The Construction Works Will Be Performed Within The Operating City Office, The Ordering Party Allows, In Special Cases, The Performance Of Some Of The Works Outside The Units Working Hours And On Days Off, After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party. Nuisance Work, I.E. Causing Noise, Dust, Dust, Etc., Should Be Performed Outside Office Opening Hours.
