2. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide This Order Into Parts. The Reasons For The Lack Of Division Into Parts Are Included In The Further Part Of Swz.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Construction Of A Community Center Building In The Container Building Technology, Which Will Consist Of 5 Modular Containers Equipped With The Necessary Installations; 2) Hardening Of The Area; 3) Construction Of A Liquid Waste Tank With Internal Underground Sewage Installation; 4) Construction Of A Water Supply Connection; 5) Construction Of A Wlz Installation; 6) Equipping The Building With Fire-Fighting Equipment In Accordance With The Design. 4. The Contractor Will Implement Investments Based On The Construction Design Approved By Decision No. 163/2025 Of June 12, 2025. The Detailed Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Annex No. 8 To The Swz, The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And This Swz.5. The Contractor Also Provides Free Service Of The Air Conditioning Installation For A Period Of Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Receipt. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Operational Inspections Required By The Manufacturer, Which Should Be Performed By A Person Authorized By The Manufacturer. If Necessary, The Contractor Will Replace Parts And Consumables At His Own Expense. Confirmation Of Service Performance Will Be A Service Inspection Report Prepared At Least Once A Year. 6. The Contractor Provides Surveying Services And Ensures That The Construction/Works Are Managed By Persons With Construction Qualifications In A Specific Specialty.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. Those Having The Status Of A Sheltered Workshop, Social Cooperatives And Other Contractors Whose Main Goal Or The Main Purpose Of The Activities Of Their Organizationally Separated Units That Will Implement The Order Is The Social And Professional Integration Of Socially Marginalized People.9.
