The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion And Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 104749R Along With The Necessary Infrastructure And Reconstruction Of The Land Infrastructure Network In The Towns Of Ruda Łańcucka And Sarzyna, Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Expansion And Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 104749R In The Scope Of: Section A-B-C - From Km 0+011.50 To Km 2+127.90 And Section B-D - From Km 0+000.00 To Km 0+060.80 Along With The Necessary Infrastructure And Reconstruction Of The Land Development Network In The Towns Of Ruda Łańcucka And Sarzyna Co-Financed By The Government Development Fund Roads. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: - Demolition Of Parts Of Buildings, Including Removal Of The Existing Road Surface, Sidewalks And Street Elements, - Reconstruction Or Protection Of The Infrastructure Network In Accordance With The Land Development Plan, - Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System With Outlets And Their Reinforcement, - Execution Of Earthworks, Including The Construction Of A Bed For The Structural Layers Of The Surface And Shaping Of The Road Body, - Construction Of The Lower Layers Of The Road Structure (Including Ground Stabilization), - Execution Of Elements Streets, Including The Installation Of Curbs, Edges And Sewage, - Construction Of Upper Layers Of Surfaces (Bitumen And Phaseless Paving Stones), - Reconstruction Of Exits, - Installation Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings, - Execution Of Finishing And Cleaning Works. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Bill Of Quantities And This Description, The Following Order Of Documents Applies: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Stwiorb, 3) Opz, 4) Bill Of Quantities.2. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Preparation Of The Construction Site, 2) Securing The Construction Site, 3) Purchase And Delivery Of Materials, 4) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works.3. Obligations And Costs Of The Contractor The Obligations And Costs Of The Contractor Include In Particular: 1) Providing Utilities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Works, 2) Bearing The Costs Of Acceptance, Tests And Examinations, 3) Waste Management In Accordance With The Regulations, 4) Reporting Missing Works For Acceptance, 5) Securing Access Roads And Repairing Them In The Event Of Damage, 6) Securing The Entrances To The Properties And Restoring Them In The Event Of Damage, 7) Marking The Works, 8) Preparing A Cost Estimate As-Built,9) Providing Surveying Services, Including Performing An As-Built Inventory.
