The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation And The Full Scope Of Construction Works, I.E.: 1) Parking Lots, Pedestrian And Roadways; 2) Drainage Installations From The Designed Hardening Surfaces; 3) Sanitary Sewage Installations With A Pumping Station, Water Supply And Electrical Installations For A Sanitary Container; 4) External Lighting; 5) External Monitoring; 6) Fencing; 7) Land Development The Parameters And Requirements Indicated In The Functional And Utility Program Define The Minimum Technical, Operational, Functional, Quality And Functional Conditions To Be Met By The Subject Of The Order Delivered To The Ordering Party.
