Nadbużańska 41, 07-203 Somianka, Province Masovian Voivodeship Any Trademarks, Trademarks Or Company Names Used In The Design Documentation, Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Or Bills Of Quantities (Constituting Annexes To This Specification) Are Assumed To Be Accompanied By The Phrase Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Understands By This Technical Solutions, Materials Or Devices With Parameters No Worse Than Those Indicated In The Descriptions. All Goods Specified In The Documentation And Originating From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That They Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor May Propose The Use Of Materials And Equipment Equivalent To Those Described In The Terms Of Reference. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Goods (Materials And Devices) Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party (Equivalence Criteria). Construction Products Should Meet The Requirements Resulting From Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Pn-En (Harmonized Standards). The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Documents Confirming Permission To Use/Install All Materials Used (Certificates, Technical Approvals, Quality Certificates And Other Necessary Documents). Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Act If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Bills Of Quantities Or Stwior, I.E. Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Contain References To The Standards And Technical Assessments Referred To In Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Ppl And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Covered By The Documentation And Swz Should Be Performed Based On Applicable Regulations And Standards In Accordance With The Applicable Construction Law, Documentation, Contract And Arrangements Made During The Execution Of The Contract, With Due Care, Observing Safety Rules, While Ensuring Good Quality Of Workmanship And Proper Work Organization.
