Tenders Are Invited For Road Works In The Kolonowskie Commune

Part I: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road - Ul. Dworcowa In Staniszcze Wielkie (Section Ii).I.3.1.1. The Ordering Party Is Applying For Funding For The Task In Question From The Government Road Development Fund For 2026. Therefore, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate This Part Of The Procedure If It Does Not Obtain Funding. I.3.1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For This Task Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz (With The Designation Part I)I.3.1.3. The Detailed Method Of Implementing The Order Was Described In The Opz (Including In Particular The Technical Design With Attachments And Drawings, Land Development Designs, Arrangements, Notifications And Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annexes To The Swz). Under This Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Include In The Valuation And Implement All Works, Services And Deliveries Resulting From The Above-Mentioned Documents. It Is Unacceptable To Selectively Treat The Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, And In Particular To Ignore The Scope.I.3.1.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Works, In Consultation With The Ordering Party, In A Safe And Least Inconvenient Manner, And In A Manner That Does Not Result In A Complete Cessation Of Vehicle And Pedestrian Traffic On The Roads Where The Works Will Be Carried Out.I.3.1.5. It Is Agreed That The Final Date For Completing The Order Will Be Within 120 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
