The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation, Organization And Implementation Of The Managers Academy Program, Including The Diagnosis Of Needs, Workshop Training And Individual Gallup Cliftonstrengths For Managers Diagnostics, I.E. A Comprehensive Specialist Training Service Aimed At Improving The Competences Of The Ordering Partys Employees. The Contractor Will Prepare A Detailed Training Program And Provide Human, Organizational, Technical And Substantive Resources Necessary To Implement The Entire Project. Managers Academy Is A Comprehensive Development Program Addressed To The Management Staff Of The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management, Including The Development Of Managerial, Leadership, Communication And Strategic Competences. The Aim Of The Academy Is To Develop Managerial Competences Necessary To Effectively Manage Teams And Projects In The Dynamic Environment Of Public Administration And Large Organizations. As Part Of The Order, The Ordering Party Provides For: 1) Stage I - Diagnosis Of Development Needs; 2) Stage Ii - A Series Of Workshop Trainings; 3) Stage Iii - Gallup Cliftonstrengths For Managers Test And Individual Consultations.
