The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery, Configuration And Commissioning Of A Heavy Pyrotechnic Suit With A Helmet And Complete Equipment Including All Components For The Needs Of The Border Guard Post In Łódź, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2026. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Implementation Result From The Content Of Annex No. 1 To The Swz, As Well As From The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section 1, Will Be Delivered On The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.4. If Any Documents Used To Describe The Subject Of The Contract Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, This Should Be Interpreted As A Reference To Specific Standards, And Not As A Requirement To Use Specific Solutions - In Each Such Case, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent (Not Inferior) Solutions.5. If Any Documents Refer To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Article 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed And It Is Considered That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.6. Warranty:1) The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty: - 24 Months Of Quality Warranty For The Entire Suit, - 84 Months Of Warranty For Ballistic Protection Of The Armor, From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations.2) Details Regarding The Warranty Result From The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 3) The Warranty Granted By The Contractor Does Not Exclude, Limit Or Suspend The Ordering Partys Rights Arising From The Provisions Of The Civil Code On Warranty For Defects.7. 8. Subcontracting: 1) The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor(S). 2) The Ordering Party Requires, Pursuant To Art. 462 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, That In The Event Of Entrusting Part Of The Order To Subcontractors, The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide (If Known To Him At This Stage) The Names (Companies) Of These Subcontractors. 3) Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of This Order.
