The Mtb Bicycle Routes Cover An Area With A Total Length Of 68,922 M. 2. The Order Was Divided Into Three (3) Tasks: 1) Task 1: Ongoing Maintenance Of Mtb Bicycle Routes Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Jelenia Góra - 17,712.95 M2) Task 2: Ongoing Maintenance Of Mtb Bicycle Routes Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Municipality Of Piechowice - 18 884.63 M3) Task 3: Ongoing Maintenance Of Mtb Bicycle Routes Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Podgórzyn Commune - 32,324.42 M. Total Length Of The Routes: 68,922.00 M3. W Ramach Świadczenia Usługi Objętej Przedmiotem Zamówienia Wykonawca Zobowiązany Będzie Do: 1)Przejścia Minimum Dwa Razy W Tygodniu Całych Tras W Celu Dokonania Oględzin Stanu Technicznego,2)Bieżącego Usuwania Z Tras Gałęzi I Liści Oraz Śmieci Pozostawionych Przez Użytkowników Tras,3)Bieżącego Koszenia Traw Zarastających Trasy Na Szerokość Co Najmniej 1 Metra, Jednak Nie Rzadziej Niż 2 Razy Do Roku, 4)Bieżącego Koszenia Traw Przy Bramach Wjazdowych Oraz Słupkach Informacyjnych, Jednak Nie Rzadziej Niż 2 Razy Do Roku, 5) Remove Hanging Branches Above The Route And Side Branches Of Trees Growing Along The Route So That Cyclists Can Freely Use The Routes, 6) Make Ongoing Repairs Resulting From Damage Caused By Cyclists, Or Damage Caused By The Use Of Unacceptable Motor Vehicles (Motors, Trains) On The Route And Weather Conditions. Repairs Should Be Made In Accordance With The Route Design, 7) Ongoing Monitoring Of The Transverse Slope Along The Entire Length Of The Routes To Best Protect Them Against Erosion And The Destructive Effects Of Water, 8) Replenishing Obstacles In Appropriate Places Along The Route By Properly Placing Boulders Or Smaller Stones. If Necessary, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Replenish The Stone Surface, 9) Act According To Weather Conditions - In The Event Of Heavy Rainfall, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Walk The Entire Route To Check Whether The Routes Have Not Been Damaged. In The Case Of Damaged Fragments, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair The Defects, 10) Carry Out Any Repairs And Supplement The Routes In Accordance With The Route Construction Design, 11) Place Information For Cyclists On The Entrance Gates About The Temporary Or Partial Closure Of The Routes And In Places Constituting A Danger, Along With Temporary Marking Of The Variant Route In The Event Of The Closure Of A Section Of The Route, 12) If Competitions Will Be Held On The Routes, The Routes Must Be Improved And Compacted. The Cost Of This Service Will Be Covered By The Event Organizer, While The Contractor Is Expected To Supervise The Repair Of The Routes,13) Repair Or Add New Signs On An Ongoing Basis In The Event Of Damage T
