The Duties Of The Contractor/Supervision Inspector Include: 1) Inspection Of Each Construction Site During Construction Works At Least Twice A Week And At Each Additional Request Of The Ordering Party Or The Construction Manager, No Later Than On The Next Day, 2) Participation In Coordination Meetings And Acceptances, 3) Participation In The Final Acceptance, 4) Conducting Construction Meetings; In Frequency According To The Needs Of The Investment Process In Progress, 5) Preparing Minutes Of Meetings - Construction Councils And Submitting Them On An Ongoing Basis To The Ordering Party, 6) Material And Financial Control Of The Construction Works Performed And Supervising The Timely And Financial Implementation Of The Works, Including Control Of The Progress Of The Works In Relation To The Construction Works Implementation Schedule, 7) Informing The Ordering Party About The Progress Of The Works And About Any Threats Arising During The Implementation Of Construction Works, 8) Informing The Ordering Party About Any Emerging Hazards On The Construction Site Subcontractors,9) Giving Written Opinions On The Advisability Of The Possible Performance Of Similar Or Replacement Construction Works Requested By The Ordering Party Or The Contractor Within 3 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Application,10) Active Participation In Agreeing With The Designer On The Possible Performance Of Similar Or Replacement Construction Works, Checking The Validity And Verification Of Similar Or Replacement Construction Works,11) Notifying The Ordering Party Of The Need To Perform The Works In A Manner Different From The Approved Design Documentation, 12) Carrying Out An Inventory Of Works In Progress, In The Event Of Interruption Of Works During Their Implementation, Including: In The Event Of Bankruptcy Of The Contractor Or Withdrawal From The Contract, 13) Checking The Complete Acceptance Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Within 7 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Documentation, But No Later Than The Day Before The Final Acceptance Of The Works, 14) Proposing To The Ordering Party The Necessary Actions Aimed At Eliminating Possible Delays In The Construction Works, 15) Cooperation With The Contractor Of The Construction Works In Order To Avoid Or Reduce The Effects Of Possible Events And Circumstances That May Affect The Quality Of The Works, An Increase In Remuneration Contractor Of Construction Works Or The Planned Completion Date, 16) Checking Construction Settlements.
