1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Telecare Services By Running A 24-Hour Telecenter During The Term Of The Contract, Which Will Provide Service By Paramedics And Monitoring Of Project Participants In The City Of Poznań. 2) The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Integrated Care And Telecare Center In The Poznań Metropolis Co-Implemented By The City Of Poznań - Municipal Family Assistance Center In Poznań. The Project Is Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Wielkopolska 2021-2027 Program, Within The Scope Of Measure 6.14 Social And Health Services Under Iti.3) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Lease 1,200 Telemedicine Wristbands (Hereinafter Referred To As Wristbands) To The Ordering Party. Pulse, Saturation);E) Fall Detector;F) Gps Locator;G) Alarm Informing About The Low Battery Level;H) Display Enabling The User To Read Current Data And Having A Clock Function (Readable Screen).4) Technical Parameters Of The Wristband: A) Built-In Microphone And Loudspeaker;B) Possibility Of Adjusting The Length Of The Strap, Adapted To The Needs Of Seniors;C) Voice Messages In Polish; D) Battery Capacity: Minimum 500 Mah; E) Power Supply Allows The Device To Be Active For Min. 48 H;F) Easy To Use For An Elderly Person, Maximum Two Physical Buttons Are Allowed On The Wristband;G) Each Wristband Must Have An Individual Serial Number Or Imei;H) Made Of Anti-Allergic Materials;I) Must Have Dedicated Charging Stands That Facilitate The Connection Of Charging Devices By Elderly People;J) The Possibility Of Remote, Free Configuration Of The Wristband Software Without The Need For Service.5) The Contractor Must Be A Medical Entity And Must Provide Staff With The Required Qualifications And Authorizations Guaranteeing The Continuity Of Services Provided 24 Hours A Day (24/7/365/366).6) The Contractors Staff Must Consist Of Experienced Paramedics With Qualifications In Accordance With The Act Of September 8, 2006 On State Emergency Medical Services And The Act Of December 1, 2022 On The Profession Of Paramedic And The Self-Government Of Paramedics. In Order To Guarantee Uninterrupted Operation Of The System 24 Hours A Day, The Contractor Must Have At Least 3 Paramedics (Or More, According To The Submitted Offer).7) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Duties Is Specified In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 9 T
