2.1. The Subject Of The Basic Contract And In The Option Law Is The Service Of Preparation, Organization (Including Hotel And Catering Services) And Implementation Of A Specialized Series Of Stationary Workshops In The Field Of Direct And Telephone Service, Including Modules: Voice Emission, Effective Communication, Adapting Communication To The Person In Accordance With The Standards And Internal Materials Of The National Tax Administration (Kas), Assertiveness Training, Difficult Situations With Clients, Relaxation Training For Employees Of The National Tax Administration And The National Tax Information (Kis).2.2. The Order Will Be Implemented On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu), Constituting Annex G To The Swz, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Ppu.
