The Subject Of The Order Is: Successive Delivery Of Crushed Granite Aggregate With The Following Grain Sizes:• 0-31.5 Mm – 300 Tons• 0-63 Mm – 300 Tons• 12-31.5 Mm – 600 Tons• 31-63 Mm – 600 Tons• 64-120Mm – 200 Tons 2. The Total Quantity Of The Order Is Up To 2,000 Tons. The Aggregate Is To Be Delivered To A Town In The Lipnica Wielka Commune, Together With Transport And Unloading To The Place And Date Indicated By The Ordering Party. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Order In The Amount Of At Least 70%. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim Compensation Against The Ordering Party For Delivering A Smaller Quantity Of Goods, And The Unit Price Remains Unchanged.
