The Subject Of The Order Is The Maintenance Of Greenery In The Lanes Of Municipal And District Roads Within The City Limits Of Ozimek. Part No. 11. The Subject Of The Order Is Mechanical Mowing Of Grass And Weeds From The Sides Of Municipal Roads In The Ozimek Commune. The Order Provides For 3 Mowings Of The Indicated Roads. The Ordering Party Provides For An Option To Order A 4Th Round Of Mowing. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Mechanical Mowing Of Grass And Weeds From The Sides Of Municipal Roads Indicated By The Ordering Party At A Width Of 1.2 M From The Edge Of The Road On Both Sides Of The Road - Left And Right Side Of The Road (Map Attachment) In The Amount Of 56,301 Meters. The Height Of The Grass After Mowing Should Not Exceed 5 Cm. At Intersections, Railway Crossings And Road Safety Barriers, Etc. Places That Affect Road Safety, The Cutting Width Can Be Increased, Depending On The Needs. Immediately After Completing The Works, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Clean Up The Road, Roadsides And Sidewalks To Remove Excess Mown Grass. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Location And Scope Of Mowing Within 10% Of The Individual Work.2. The Ordering Party Provides For The Right Of Option. The Exercise Of The Option Right Will Consist In Additional Fourth Mowing Of The Area Intended For Mowing (I.E. 56,301 M).
