The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Multi-Discipline Investor Supervision Services In The Field Of Bridge Works, Road Works, Sanitary Networks, Electrical And Telecommunications Networks Under The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Bridge Along The District Road 2075D Over The Strzegomka River In The Town Of Wawrzeńczyce (Hereinafter Referred To As: The Task Or Investment). The Investment Is Located In The Lower Silesian Voivodeship, In The Wrocław Poviat, In The Mietków Commune - Indicated On The Map In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). Investor Supervision Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including The Construction Law. Of July 7, 1994 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended) And Without Acting To The Detriment Of The Investor. Investor Supervision Represents The Interests Of The Ordering Party At The Construction Site By Controlling The Compliance Of The Works With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications, Regulations (Including Construction Law), Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Provisions Of The Contract With The Contractor Of Construction Works. The Above Service Covers All Work Related To The Performance Of Investor Supervision, Including The Final Settlement Of The Works Subject To Supervision And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit/Notification Of Construction Completion, As Well As Investor Supervision During The Warranty And Warranty Period In Accordance With The Provisions In The Contract For Construction Works.
