1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Judo Mats Along With The Installation And Modernization Of The Shock-Absorbing Base.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 2 Parts: Part I - Delivery Of Judo Mats With Assembly;3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 4 To Swz.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.7. Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Act, The Ordering Party May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Awarded To It.8. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Total Value Of The Order May Not Exceed Its Financial Resources.9. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order And Perform Unloading And Assembly In The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party Within 45 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To The Head Office Of The Ordering Party At His Own Expense In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.10. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out On Working Days From 8.00 To 14.00.11. The Contractor Guarantees That The Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Maintained In Accordance With Those Specified In The Offer On The Basis Of Which The Contract Was Concluded. 12. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Partys Coordinator In Writing About The Delivery Date No Later Than 24 Hours Before Delivery.13. The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made By A Commission Appointed By The Ordering Party.14. If Any Quantitative Or Qualitative Discrepancies Between The Delivery And The Contract Are Found, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace The Defective Contract Item With A Defect-Free One, And In The Event Of Quantitative Deficiencies, To Deliver The Difference In Quantity At Its Own Expense, Within A Deadline Set By The Ordering Party, No Longer Than 7 Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Written Information Provided In Writing. The Ordering Party Will Verify The Re-Delivered Goods Within 7 Days From The Date Of Order Completion.15. Regardless Of The Warranty, The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Written Warranty For The Offered Subject Matter Of The Contract For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months, However, No Shorter Than The Manufacturers Warranty - In Accordance With The Warranty Period Indicated In The Offer.16. If The Ordering Party Detects Quality Defects (Including Hidden Ones) During The Warranty Period Of The Received Item Of The Order, It Will Be Left At The Contractors Disposal At The Ordering Partys Office, Notifying It Immediately In Writing About The Identified Deficiencies Or Defects And Confirming It
