Tenders are invited for Contracting of a Firm for the Renovation of a Meeting Room at the Central Inspection The objective of this call is to undertake renovation works for the creation of a fully functional meeting room at the Central Inspection premises. Under the supervision of the Expertise France team and in close coordination with the Central Inspection (CI) team, the selected service provider will carry out demolition works, including the relocation of existing furniture, painting of selected areas, and maintenance of proper lighting to enhance visibility and ambiance. The assignment also includes the supply and installation of a projection screen, projector, and sound system, as well as the implementation of HVAC and plumbing systems, and door installation and maintenance. The expected result of this assignment is a fully renovated, functional, and well-equipped meeting room at the Central Inspection premises.
