Expression of Interest for Consulting Services / Firms Project for Strengthening Socio-Economic Infrastructure in the Central Region Phase II (PRISE II). The Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo has received financing from the African Development Fund (ADF) to cover the cost of the Project for Strengthening Socio-Economic Infrastructure in the Central Region Phase II (PRISE II), and intends to use part of this loan to finance contracts for consulting services related to the socio-economic impact survey and beneficiary satisfaction assessment of the infrastructure implemented under PRISE II. The services under this contract include, among others: Measuring improvements in access to public latrines, potable water, education, and healthcare; Assessing impacts on income, working time, health, schooling, gender-based violence (GBV), and open defecation; Analyzing beneficiary perception and satisfaction (quality, accessibility, functionality); Identifying success factors and constraints; Providing operational recommendations for the sustainability of the infrastructure. The duration of the assignment is estimated at three (03) months, including validation and preparation of the final report. 2. The Project Coordination Unit (PCU) of PRISE II invites consulting firms to submit their expressions of interest for providing the above-described services. Interested consultants must provide information demonstrating their qualifications and experience to perform the services (brochures, references of similar assignments, experience in comparable missions, availability of qualified staff, etc.). Consultants may form associations to enhance their chances of qualification. 3. Eligibility criteria, shortlisting, and selection procedures shall be in accordance with the Procurement Framework for Operations Funded by the African Development Bank Group, October 2015 edition, available on the Banks website: http://www.afdb.org .
