Tenders are invited for Construction and Upgrading of Roads and Associated Works for a Period of Twenty-Four Months. The Ministry of National Infrastructure (National Development Unit)is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian Nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius/ opened to local and international biddersthrough the Government eProcurement System for the Framework Agreement for Construction and upgrading of Roads and Associated works for a period of twenty-four months (2026-2028) 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: NDU/IFB/2025/575 - 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System by Tuesday 26/May/2026 up to 13.30 hrs (Mauritian Time) at latest. 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 26/May/2026 as from 14:31 hrs till Thursday 28/May/2026 up to 14:00 hrs. 5. Bids will be opened online at the address given hereunder on Thursday 28/May/2026 from 14:01 hrs up to 18:00 hrs.
