The Municipality Of Oss Expects To Be Able To Realize Approximately 850 Homes In The Amsteleind Noord District. The Supply Of Housing, Together With The Facilities And The Design Of The Public Space, Should Lead To A Mixed And Lively Neighborhood. The Share Of These Homes That Can Be Realized By The Selected Market Party Depends On The Spatial Integration And The Agreements With The Housing Association. Based On This Partner Selection Procedure, The Municipality Selects A Partner Or Combination For The Feasibility Study Of Amsteleind Noord. The Feasibility Phase Is Carried Out Without A Guarantee Of A Development Right. Approx. 750-1000 Homes Of Which Approx. 50% For The Selected Partner.
