The Contracting Authority Needs To Enter Into One (1) Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Microsoft 365 Licenses And Microsoft Azure Services. For This Assignment, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Contract One (1) Supplier That Is A Licensing Solution Provider (Lsp) And A Cloud Solution Provider (Csp). The Contracting Authority Wishes To Have This Contracting In Accordance With The Conditions As Established Between Microsoft And Vng (Appendix D). The Gt Microsoft Framework Consists Of Legal And Commercial Conditions Based On Microsofts Licensing Model. The Conditions As Stated Herein Apply To This Assignment. The Supplier Is Expected To Have Knowledge Of The Market So That The Supplier Can Correctly Advise The Client On Developments In The Market, Licenses, License Types And Quantities. The Supplier Must Ensure That The Client Remains Compliant With The Microsoft License Terms. -
