Part Of The Tender Is The Preparation Of A §31A Report In Order To Obtain A Building Permit. This Must Show That The Railway Systems Or The Modified Railway Systems, Non-Stationary Railway Safety Systems Or Modified Non-Stationary Railway Safety Systems Comply With The Railway Building Permit. The Commission Exclusively Covers Activities/Systems In The Inntal Tunnel. The Costs Are Distributed In The Planning Phase According To The Following (Originally Estimated) Distribution Key: Öbb: Sabo03 36.3%; Bbt Se: Sabc01 14.8%; Sac02 38.2% And Sabc02 10.7%. In Addition, The Creation Of Test Certificates In Accordance With Section 34B To Obtain The Operating License Is Advertised As An Option.
