The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Appointment Of An Engineering Contractor (Design, Construction And Author Supervision) For The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In Block 10, Panayot Hitov Blvd., Sliven, Which Has Been Approved By The Ministry Of Regional Development For Financing Under The Sub-Measure Support For Sustainable Energy Renovation Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings, Including Tackling Energy Poverty Under The Regional Development 2021-2027 Program. The Procedure Stipulates That The Intensity Of The Grant Is 100% Of The Eligible Costs. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Procedure Is Aimed At Sustainable Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building - Block 10 On Panayot Hitov Blvd., Sliven. The Building Was Built In 1963-1964. The Building Consists Of Four Floors And A Basement, A Usable Attic Floor And A Roof Terrace. The Building Is Monolithic, Built From One Section. The Structure Consists Of Load-Bearing Brick Walls, Columns, Girders, Beams And Reinforced Concrete Floor Structures Between The Floors. Three Of The Floors Are Residential, The Ground Floor Is Commercial.
