The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Appointment Of A Contractor For Engineering (Design, Construction And Author Supervision) For The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In Block 8, Klutsohor Quarter, City Of Sliven, Which Has Been Approved By The Ministry Of Regional Development For Financing Under The Sub-Measure Support For Sustainable Energy Renovation Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings, Including Addressing Energy Poverty Under The Regional Development 2021-2027 Program. The Procedure Stipulates That The Intensity Of The Grant Is 100% Of The Eligible Costs. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Procedure Is Aimed At Sustainable Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building - Block 8 In Klutsohor District, Sliven. The Building Is Intended Entirely For Residential Purposes. It Consists Of Three Entrances - A /4 Floors/, B /5 Floors/ And C /6 Floors/. Total Number Of Independent Objects - 40 Units. Each Of The Residential Entrances Has A Basement In Which The Storage Rooms Are Located. The Building Was Built According To The System Of Large-Panel Residential Construction /Epzhs/. Structurally, It Consists Of Three Sections, Each Section Having One Entrance. The Roof Is Flat, With Uninhabitable Under-Roof Space. Each Entrance Has A Separate Stairwell And Elevator.
