The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Appointment Of An Engineering Contractor (Design, Construction And Author Supervision) For The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In Block 51, Quarter Stoyan Zaimov, The City Of Sliven, Which Has Been Approved By The Ministry Of Regional Development For Financing Under The Sub-Measure Support For Sustainable Energy Renovation Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings, Including Addressing Energy Poverty Under The Regional Development 2021-2027 Program. The Procedure Stipulates That The Intensity Of The Grant Is 100% Of The Eligible Costs. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Procedure Is Aimed At Sustainable Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building - Block 51 In Stoyan Zaimov District, Sliven. The Building Is Intended Entirely For Residential Purposes. It Consists Of One Section With Three Entrances - A /6 Floors/, B /6 Floors/, C /6 Floors/. Each Of The Residential Entrances Has A Basement In Which The Storage Rooms Are Located. Total Number Of Independent Objects - 54. The Construction Of The Building Is Monolithic Reinforced Concrete. The Structural System Is Skeleton-Beam And Consists Of Reinforced Concrete Slabs, Beams And Columns. The Roof Is Flat, With Uninhabitable Under-Roof Space.
